Beautiful Deception
Satan is beautiful, why else would sin be so tempting. We find ourselves dashing around life seeing so many beautiful things, but do we turn away from beautiful things, not usually. For instance, we took a group of teens to NYC for a mission’s trip, serving the homeless and less fortunate. First things first, a homeless woman walks by you, depending on the severity of her situation; she may have not had a bath for a while so she might smell a tad bit. At first thought were repulsed, it’s human nature, but Jesus would've sat her down and washed her feet with no second thought. Now if this were a beautiful woman, or a handsome man, clean, nice smelling, but still homeless, some of the people we helped were not homeless, just not making any money with their jobs. we would talk to someone like this with no second thought, we even might wash their feet, Oh washing feet in the bible times was a huge sign of humility, want to see why try it some time, go up to a stranger and ask to wash their feet. See how they look at you. I see Satan as beautiful, just as beautiful as Jesus,
2 Cor 11:14 says; And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Doesn't it make sense, how effective would Satan be if he smelled, or if he was not the most beautiful person? Next time something seems too good to be true, or smells so good the decision is easy, think twice because it could be a beautiful fallen angel holding flowers saying it’s OK to do this. Satan is the greatest deceiver, even the Antichrist will be loved by many people, and if people hated him he'd do nothing. So to everyone, have a good night and God bless you.
